Student Council

Students of class 5 upwards elect two class representatives – one boy and one girl – to be sent to the Student Council. This student council has a President, Vice President & a Speaker. They meet regularly to discuss various issues related to school and students community.

Students of Class I to IX are divided into four houses which are named after the planets :

Mars - Red

Jupiter - Yellow

Saturn - Green

Neptune - Blue

Prefect

An elected Prefectorial Board comprising of Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy and Vice Head Girl functions on the advice of the Principal and Vice – Principal. Student Council comprising of two elected members each from Classes VI to IX forms various committees viz, Library Committee, Discipline Committee and Cleanliness Committee. These appointed elected students assist the Principal and teachers in all school functions and maintain decorum of the school.
