Registration / Admission  Procedure


Ensure Seat Availability with Principal/Vice-Principal / Manager -Administration. If Seat is available, decide whether School Transport is required. If required, the availability of it in your area should be ensured with the Transport in charge, at the Transport Department.


If School Transport is available, then buy the Prospectus / Registration Form / Application Form from the Accounts Department ( Cash Counter) in the Administrative block.


Fill in the Registration Form / Application Form that you get along with the Prospectus and submit it at the reception ( Academic block) -to the Vice-Principal's Secretary. If the following supporting documents are available, those also should be submitted along with the Registration Form / Application Form.


a) A photocopy of relevant pages of the Student's Passport ( pages of Date of Birth and Resident Permit are absolute musts )

 b) A photocopy of relevant pages of the Father's and Mother's Passport ( pages of Date of Birth and Resident Permit are absolute musts )

 c) A photocopy of the recent Report Card from the School last studied ( Not applicable for children who seek Admission for KG I )

 d) Two recent passport-size colour photos ( name of the student should be written on the backside of each of the photographs with ballpoint pen)


Among the above-referred four documents, the first two ( copies of yours and your child's passports -with RP and DOB pages) must be submitted at least by the time of paying the fees. Without submitting the specified documents, payment will not be accepted.

 Other documents shall be submitted within two weeks from the date of Admission. The documents should be submitted to the Office Assistant at the Administrative block, in the Main School.

 While submitting the filled-in Registration Form / Application Form, the parent will get the Admission Test syllabus and an Admission Card or a Provisional Admission Card in which, the date and time of the Admission Test would be mentioned.

 On the Test date, the students ( along with the parents) should come to the School, with the Admission Card and take the Test. The student should be well-prepared with the syllabus provided by us. Most of the time, Result will be announced on the same day itself. If the student passes the Test, Principal/Vice-Principal will interview / interact with the parents and student.

 Once the Admission is confirmed ( Principal I Vice-Principal I Headmistress I Head of Kindergarten will write 'Admit to Class ' in the Admission Card, within 24 hours, fees should be paid. Admission is not guaranteed if you come on a later date. If fees is not paid within 24 hours ( along with the copies of yours and your child's passports -RP and DOB pages are absolute musts ), the seat offered to your child will go to the next one on the waiting list.

 However, before paying the fees, you have to decide whether School Transport is required. If required, the seat-availability of it in your area should be ensured with the Transport in charge, at the Transport Department. If available, you can go to the Accounts Department ( Cash Counter ), collect the Admission Form, fill it, and pay the Admission I Tuition I Special I Transport fees.

 If a fee for School Transportation is also paid at the Fees Payment Counter, then you have to go back to the Transport Department, show the receipt to the Transport in charge for fixing the bus in which your child would be commuting. Following that, go to the Store, show them the same receipt, and collect the uniform I textbooks, by paying the required amount.

 After collecting the uniform, within two weeks, the parents have to submit 4 stamp-sized photographs of their child. In the photograph, the child should be in full school uniform -with blazer. Within three weeks, the parents have to submit the Original Transfer Certificate of their child ( if the child is admitted in Class II or higher classes) from the school that he I she last studied.

 Both the stamp-sized photographs and the Transfer Certificate should be submitted at the Administrative block (to the Office Assistant), in the Main School.
